The former Dominick's space will be split into a 34,455-square-foot high-end fitness club (Club Studio, owned by LA Fitness) and about 27,000 square feet of retail, with a new facade, signage, lighting, landscaping and 90-degree parking lot redesign. Drive-through restaurants are now allowed as a future use.
